Title: New Potatoes in Sean's Creamy Savory Dressing - Ba 10/84

Yield: 8 Servings
1 3/4 | lb | Tiny new potatoes |
1 | Egg; room temperature | |
2/3 | c | Corn oil |
1/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1 1/2 | ts | Fresh summer savory; minced |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | White pepper; freshly ground |
Boil until just tender. Cool. (Can be prepared one day ahead and refrigerated.) Peel; slice thinly on diagonal.
Whisk egg in small bowl to blend. Slowly whisk in oil in thin stream. Blend in remaining ingredients. Arrange potatoes on platter. Drizzle lightly with dressing. Serve at room temperature, passing remaining dressing.
