6	oz	To 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
6	lg	Fresh tomatoes; peeled and cut into 1/8" to 1/4" thick slice
1/2	c	Fresh basil leaves; coarsely chopped

Drain sun-dried tomatoes. Pat dry, then mince. Layer fresh tomatoes on platter with sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Serve at room temperature.
