Title: Sweet'n Sour Red Cabbage

1 | | Med Red Cabbage, sliced |
| | Thin |
1 | | Red Onion, sliced |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
| | Water to cover vegetables |
In sauce pan, combine vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Stir
gently. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Cook over medium heat,
stiring occasionally to make sure liquid is covering vegetables. (Approx. 6
minutes...longer if you prefer less crunchy cabbage.) Serve immediately.
