50 | g | Unsalted peanuts |
1 | bn | Spring onions |
225 | g | White cabbage |
1 | sm | Cucumber |
2 | lg | Carrots |
2 | tb | Smooth peanut butter |
1 | tb | Clear honey |

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the nuts and vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
2. Mix together the peanut butter, honey and lemon juice and stir into the pan. Cook for a further 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Season to taste and serve immediately.
