Title: Fragrant Couscous

1 1/2 | lb | Couscous |
8 | oz | Peanuts; broken small |
4 | oz | Raisins |
4 | oz | Dried cherries |
1 | tb | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Ginger powder |
1 | ts | Saffron (soaked in water) |
Prepare couscous in water according to package directions. In a large bowl add remaining ingredients to cooked couscous. If this is to be used as a side dish, rehaet mixture in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. You can also use this top stuff eggplant, squash or tomatoes.
