Title: Cheesy Green Beans

1/2 | ts | Margarine or butter |
1 | tb | Finely chopped onion |
1 | cl | Garlic, minced |
1 | c | Frozen cut green beans |
1 | tb | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Melt margarine in small saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, until onion begins to brown. Set aside. In same saucepan, cook green beans as directed on package; drain. Add onion and garlic; cook until thoroughly heated.
Per serving: 60cal., 3g pro., 8g carb., 3g fiber, 2g fat, 4mg chol., 35mg sod., 180mg pot., 1 vegetable and 1/2 fat exchanges.
