Title: Maple Carrots

1 | Carrot per person | |
2 | tb | Maple-flavored syrup |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon (optional) |
1 | ds | Salt (optional) |
Peel and grate one carrot per serving. Steam in a small saucepan with a small abount of water, or in the microwave until carrots are tender.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup, and a few shakes of cinnamon and a dash of salt, if desired. Stir to blend. Heat through and serve.
