Title: Freezing Lentils

1. Choose pods of young, tender lentils.
2. Wash, shell, and wash again.
3. Blanch lentils 1 minute. Cool; drain well.
4. Pack into containers. Seal, label and freeze.
5. Cook frozen lentils 6 to 10 minutes
