Title: Powter Sugar Glazed Carrots

8 | | Carrots, cut into 1/8 inch slices |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Orange juice |
2 | tb | Rice vinegar |
1/8 | ts | Ginger |
1/2 | ts | Spike seasoning |
1 | ts | Butter Buds |
Cook carrots for 8 minutes, or until crisp tender, then drain. Combine
remaining ingredients with carrots and simmer 10 mins more over low heat.
Mix well so that carrots are completely coated with glaze. Per 4oz serving:
