8 Carrots, cut into 1/8 inch slices
1/4cBrown sugar
1/4cOrange juice
2tbRice vinegar
1/8tsGinger
1/2tsSpike seasoning
1tsButter Buds

Cook carrots for 8 minutes, or until crisp tender, then drain. Combine remaining ingredients with carrots and simmer 10 mins more over low heat.
