Title: Leeks with Cheese

1 | | Large bunch leeks |
1 | ts | Chopped caraway seeds |
4 | tb | Grated cheese |
2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
| | Salt to taste |
Cook leeks by boiling in salted water covered for about 12-20 minutes,
until tender; drain. Cut into desired shape to fit into shallow baking
dish. Grease baking dish, fill with leeks, sprinkle with salt, caraway
seeds and cheese. Melt butter or margarine and pour over. Place under
moderate broiler until cheese is melted and vegetable is thoroughly hot,
about 10 to 15 minutes.
