  Nonstick spray
1cSliced mushrooms
1clGarlic, chopped
1mdOnion, chopped
1cUncooked rice
1cFine noodles
2 1/2cVegetable broth
1tsMrs Dash onion/herb mix
1tsMrs Dash garlic/herb mix
1/2tsSalt
1tbFinely chopped parsley

In a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, saute the mushrooms, garlic, and the onion. Remove from pan and set aside. Add rice and noodles to the pan and cook until the rice becomes translucent. Return the mushroom mixture to the pan. Add broth, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and add seasonings. Cover and cook until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
