1 | c | Sliced mushrooms |
1 | cl | Garlic, chopped |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1 | c | Uncooked rice |
1 | c | Fine noodles |
2 1/2 | c | Vegetable broth |
1 | ts | Mrs Dash onion/herb mix |
1 | ts | Mrs Dash garlic/herb mix |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Finely chopped parsley |
In a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, saute the mushrooms, garlic, and
the onion. Remove from pan and set aside. Add rice and noodles to the pan
and cook until the rice becomes translucent. Return the mushroom mixture to
the pan. Add broth, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and add seasonings.
Cover and cook until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Per 6.6oz
