Title: Barley Rice Burgers

3 | c | Brown rice |
2 | c | Barley |
1 | c | Yellow corn meal |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | Onion, diced | |
1 | cl | Garlic |
Pinch of oregano |
Pressure cook the rice and barley in 6 1/2 c. of water for one hour. Let it cool and then mix with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add water until the mixture forms a tight ball in your hand (or if desired, the mixture can be made moremoist for a lighter effect). Form into circular flat patties andpan fry until golden crisp.
