  MILLET BUTTER OR BETTER
  BUTTER
  AGAR CHEESE, sliced 1/4"
  Thick
  Thinly sliced onion,
  Optional
  Thinly sliced tomato,
  Optional
  Sliced bread

Spread a thin layer of millet buter or better butter in both sides of bread slices. Lay on plate. Slice Agar cheese 1/4" thick. Add onion and tomato, if desired. Grill in a nonstick pan on medium low heat until golden brown on each side. 1 Agar cheese recipe makes 8 sandwiches. Also may broil open face sandwiches on a cookie sheet.
