Title: Lentil Nut Loaf or Patties - Joann Rachor

Yield: 1 Servings

2cCooked lentils, drained,
  Unsalted
1/2cChopped NUTS OR SEEDS
1 Onion, quartered
1 1/4tsSalt
1 1/2cRolled or quick oats
1/4cWater
1/2tsSage

BLEND oats until fine then empty into mixing bowl with chopped nuts or seeds. BLEND smooth the remaining ingredinets. Mix together all ingredients. Let sit 10 minutes. Place in an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350F. for 50 minutes. Or shape into patties and bake at 350F. for 30 minutes. Turn patties over and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Variation: Other dried beans may replace lentils.
