Title: Marinated Tofu with Vegies - Joann Rachor

1 | lb | Tofu |
1 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | SOY SAUCE |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
WHITE SAUCE | ||
4 1/2 | c | Cooked vegetables |
Cut tofu brick intro several small slices, 1/4x1/2x3/4". Mix water, soy sauce and lemon juice. Marinate tofu slices 15 minutes. Drain and spread out on an oiled cookie sheet. Bakeat 350F. 30 minutes. Prepare 1 recipe white sauce. Cook vegetables of your choice. Combine sauce, vegetables, and baked tofu. Reheat and serve over rice, noodles, or poratoes.
