Frost each waffle with about 1 cup filling. Stack one on top of the other as you would a layer cake. Additional fruit may be layered on top of filling on each waffle. On top waffle put remaining filling allowing it to drop over sides. Insert toothpicks on top, then cover with Saran Wrap. Chill at least 3-4 hours. Serve as is or top with SOY WHIPPED CREAM, or CREAMY LOW-CAL TOPPING. Serve as a main dish or dessert.
