Title: Homemade Coconut Milk

2 | c | Freshly grated coconut |
2 | c | Very hot water |
Whirl the coconut and the water in a food processor or blender. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Strain through muslin or cheesecloth, pressing out as much of the liquid as possible. Makes 2 cups or 4 servings.
