3ozPackage peach gelatin
  (Jello brand)
2/3cBoling water
1cVanilla ice cream
1cDiced, fresh peaches
3 1/2cCool Whip topping, thawed
1 9 inch deep dish pie shell,
  Baked and cooled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm. Randy Rigg
