1 | tb | Butter |
4 | Eggs | |
4 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | tb | Cinnamon |
5 | sl | Day old bread |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and half of the cinnamon. Tear bread into pieces and stir in. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. When done, sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top. Serve warm. Randy Rigg
