Title: Hamburger Corn Bake

1 1/2 | lb | Ground chuck |
1 | cn | Whole kernal corn |
1/2 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1 | cn | Tomatoes, drained |
1/3 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | pk | Corn muffin mix |
Brown the meat in a skillet, with a little oil added, which can be placed in the oven later or transferred to a baking dish. Add green pepper, tomatoes, corn, onion and salt. Prepare corn muffin mix and spread over the casserole. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Randy Rigg
