1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
2 | c | Applesauce |
1 | c | Pre-cooked rice |
1/2 | c | Cut up onions |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Catsup |
1 | c | Water |
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, applesauce, rice, onions, salt and pepper together. Shape meat mixture into balls. Place 1 layer deep in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix catsup and water together and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
