1 | Loaf of cubed bread | |
3 | oz | Cream cheese |
1/4 | lb | Sharp Cheddar cheese |
1/2 | c | Butter |
2 | Egg whites |
Melt cheeses and butter in double boiler. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in cheese mixture, dip cubes of bread in cheese. Place on buttered cookie sheet in an icebox overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly brown on edges. Randy Rigg
