1 | pk | Macaroni, 8 oz., cook in |
| | Unsalted water |
3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | lb | Chipped beef |
1/4 | c | Chopped green pepper |
3 | tb | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
3/4 | c | Grated American cheese |
| | Pepper to taste |
Cook and drain macaroni. In a skillet put butter, beef and green peppers,
stir in flour a little at a time. Mix until smooth; then add milk. Cook
until thick, add cheese and melt. Pour sauce over macaroni. Mix. Put in a
buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Randy Rigg
