Title: Cocktail Water Chestnuts

8 1/2 | oz | Can of water chestnuts |
Save 1/2 cup of liquid | ||
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
12 | sl | Bacon, halved |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
Marinate chestnuts in liquid and vinegar for 1 hour. Drain. Mix brown sugar and catsup; then spread on bacon. Roll chestnuts in bacon. Fasten with toothpicks. Broil unti bacon is crisp. Randy Rigg
