Title: Frosty Cranberry Tiptops

1 | lb | Jellied cranberry sauce |
1 | c | Heavy cream, whipped |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | c | Chopped walnuts |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
3 | oz | Cream cheese, whipped |
1/4 | c | Sifted confectioners sugar |
Crush cranberry sauce with fork. Add lemon juice. Pour into paper cups or refrigerator tray. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over cranberry mixture. Freeze firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Randy Rigg
