1 | lb | Ground beef |
2 | cn | Cream of celery soup |
10 1/2 oz size cans | ||
1 | cn | Water |
1/2 | md | Onion, chopped |
1 | sm | Can of chopped green chilies |
12 | Corn tortillas | |
1 | lb | Grated Longhorn cheese |
Brown ground beef. Mix soup, water, chilies, and onions and heat. Add browned meat to mixture. Layer in a greased 2 quart casserole dish: Tortillas, soup mixture, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Randy Rigg
