3 | tb | Peanut oil |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
2 | tb | Finely diced onion |
1 | c | Bean sprouts |
1 | c | Diced ham |
3 | tb | Soy sauce |
4 | c | Cooked rice |
Heat peanut oil in skillet; add eggs and scramble. Transfer eggs to a dish. Saute onion, bean sprouts and ham over moderate heat. Mix soy sauce with rice; add to ham mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until rice is evenly browned. Add egg and season to taste. Randy Rigg
