Title: Onion Broccoli Deluxe

2 | | 10 oz. boxes frozen cut |
| | Broccoli |
2 | c | Frozen small onions |
4 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | Flour |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
| | Dash of pepper |
1 | c | Milk |
3 | oz | Cream cheese, cut up |
1 | c | Soft bread crumbs |
1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Cook broccoli as directed on the box. Melt 2 tb. butter; add flour, salt,
pepper; add milk all at once. Cook until thick and bubbly, reduce heat,
stir in cream cheese, until smooth. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add bread crumbs, brown in remaining butter.
Then bake for an additional 15 minutes. Randy Rigg
