Title: Peas with Dumplings

Yield: 3 Servings

1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/3cMilnot
2cnPeas
  Flour to make stiff dough
1tsSalt

Cook peas; set aside. Heat 2 quart saucepan of water to boiling. Take a small amount of dough on tip of a knife and dip in boiling water. The dumpling will slip off. Repeat with remainder of dough. Boil for about 3 to 5 minutes, then drain. Dot with butter. Add to cooked peas. Season with salt to taste. Randy Rigg
