Title: Pineapple Orange Nut Loaf

3/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Shortening |
1 | Egg | |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Soda |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | Frozen orange juice, thawed |
8 3/4 | oz | Can of crushed pineapple, |
Drained | ||
1/2 | c | Whole nutmeats |
Cream together sugar and shortening; add egg. Beat well. Add flour, soda and salt, alternately with orange juice. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Turn into a well greased loaf pan or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Randy Rigg
