1 | c | Minute Rice |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | | Egg, slightly beaten |
2 | ts | Grated onion |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Marjoram |
| | Dash of pepper |
2 1/2 | c | Tomato juice |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
Combine rice with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, 1/2 c tomato
juice. Mix. Shape into 18 balls and put in a skillet. Add sugar to
remaining 2 cups of tomato juice. Pour juice over meatballs in the skillet.
Brin mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 15 minutes. Baste
