1 | lb | Ground beef |
1/2 | Fine chopped onion | |
1 | cl | Garlic, powder |
8 | oz | Can of tomato sauce |
1/4 | c | Catsup |
3/4 | ts | Oregano |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1/3 | c | Parmesan cheese |
Brown the ground beef and onion together. Add the garlic, tomato sauce, catsup and oregano. Mix well. Then add the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Place over fire in chafing dish for serving. Serve hot. Randy Rigg
