Title: Sugar & Spice Muffins

1 | c | Flour |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Oats |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/4 | c | Chopped nuts |
1/4 | c | Melted margarine |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
3/4 | c | Milk |
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir in oats, raisins and nuts; add margarine, egg, and milk, mixing only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Topping: 2 tb sugar 2 ts flour 1 ts cinnamon
Mix and sprinkle on muffins, then bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Randy Rigg
