1 | c | Soap flakes |
1 | c | Whiting |
1 | tb | Ammonia |
2 | c | Boiling water |
Mix soap whiting and ammonia together in a glass or enamel pan. Pour in the boiling water and stir to dissolve. Let solution cool.
Pour into a quart jar. Lable and cap tightly and keep out of reach of kids.
To use: : Wash silver in soap and water. Do not rinse; shake polish and apply to silver with a softcloth or sponge. Rub gently rinse silver in warm water, buff and dry.
