Boiling hot water) |
Soak the gum tragacanth in 1 qt. of water overnight. Beat with a wire eggbeater until smooth. Add to the other ingredients. Beat until the mixture forms a thin smooth ppaste. This lotion may also be used as a powder base but should always be removed from the face before retiring.
