Title: Haio Kyaw Kyet,mushrooms Fried With Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

500gFresh mushrooms
500gChicken meat
3tbOil
1lgOnion, finely sliced
3 Cloves garlic, finely
  Chopped
1tbLight soy sauce salt to
  Taste

Wipe mushrooms with damp kitchen paper. Do not wash. If large, cut in halves or quarters. Slice chicken meat into narrow straps . Heat oil in wok and fry onion and garlic until golden brown. Add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes, on high heat, then cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add soy sauce and salt to taste, then the mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 3 4 minutes, then raise heat and cook uncovered until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve hot with rice.
