Title: Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings

4 | lb | Chicken wings |
2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | Whole garlic bulbs -- | |
Minced | ||
1 | c | Hot water |
2 | ts | Sesame oil |
1 | sm | Bottle soy sauce |
Saute garlic in sesame oil. Add remaining ingredients except wings and stir well. add wings and baste with sauce. Cook till sauce turns caramel. Serve with plenty of wet napkins!!
