Title: Hoisin Chicken #2

1 | ts | Soy sauce |
1 | ts | Honey |
3 | tb | Hoisin sauce |
2 | tb | Sherry |
1 | ts | Fresh ginger root -- grated |
2 | Cloves garlic -- minced | |
3 | lb | Chicken breast halves |
Without skin |
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Generously coat chicken with hoisin sauce mixture. Place pieces in a glass dish, cover and refridgerate. Reserve any marinade for basting.let the chicken marinate for several hours but not more than 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish removing excess sauce. Bake for 35-40 mins. Brush with marinade every 10 mins.
