Title: Beef with Pea Pods and Mushrooms

1/2 | lb | Lean beef sl thin, sm pcs |
1/2 | c | Sliced mushrooms |
2 | c | Pea Pods |
2 | tb | Cooking oil |
1 | ts | Salt |
MARINADE |
1 | tb | Wine |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
2 | ts | Cornstarch |
Marinate beef for 5 minutes. Heat oil. Add beef (including marinade) and
saute over high heat until beef changes color. Add pea pods and mushrooms.
Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve hot. From:
