2 | c | Rice; steamed |
1/2 | lb | Bacon; fried crisp |
1 | sm | Green bell pepper; diced |
1 | | Medium onion; diced |
1 | | Small cabbage; shredded |
2 | | Cloves garlic; chopped |
3 | | Carrots; slivered |
| | Leftover pork or beef roast; diced in bite size chunks |
1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
1 | c | Frozen green peas; thawed |
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove, leaving 1 to 2 T. of
bacon grease. Stir fry all vegetables until crisp or desired texture. Add
meat and crumbled bacon. Mix well. Add steamed rice.
Thoroughly mix; add soy sauce and peas and mix.
