Title: Weiner Saft Gulasch (Viennese Beef Goulash)

4lbOnions, sliced or diced
4ozVegetable oil
2ozWhite vinegar
4tbHungarian paprika
1tsMarjoram, ground
5lbBeef chuck, cubed
2tsFresh garlic, minced
1tsCaraway seeds, ground
  Bay leaf
1tbLemon zest
  Salt to taste

Saute onions in vegetable oil, browning well. Add vinegar, deglazing lightly. Add all other ingredients, except meat; blend well. Add meat. Cover and simmer slowly until meat is tender.
