3 | c | Self-rising flour |
2 | tb | Sugar, rounded |
12 | oz | Beer, room temperature |
1 1/2 | ts | Dillweed, cheese OR Bacon bits (opt) |
1 | pn | Salt |
1/2 | c | Butter, melted |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together well. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour butter over top and bake 10 minutes more or until brown. Best when eaten warm.
