6 | ts | Loose black tea |
6 | Cardamon pods | |
1 1/2 | ts | Fennel seeds |
3 | c | Milk |
Sugar or honey to taste |
Combine the water, tea, cardamon, and fennel seeds in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 min. add the milk and 2 min. later, strain the tea into cups.Add sugar/honey. ORIGIN: Dr. Mira Mulgamentaev, Almaty, Kazakhsyan, circa 1994
