Title: Stewed Lamb/mutton - Tushenaya Barinina

2lbLamb or mutton lean & boned
2tbVegetable oil
1tbTomato paste
1cCabbage shredded
1 Onion med. sliced
2 Carrots sliced
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/2tsCinnamon ground
4 Potatos chopped 1/2" cubes
1cGreen peas
2cBeef broth
  Sour cream

Cut meat into stew sized pieces and fry in the hot oil until browned along with the garlic and onion. Add the othere ingredients and 1 cup of the beef broth. Simmer until done.
