1 | c | Sweet corn |
3/4 | c | Mircale Whip(R) |
1 | tb | Chili powder |
2 | c | Tortilla chips (crushed) |
2 | c | Colby/Monterey Jack cheese |
1>. Heat oven to 350øF. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle
Whip(R) and chili powder. 2>. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in
2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. 3>. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly
heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
