Yield: 1 /2 cup
1/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | ts | Dijon mustard |
2 | ts | Chives, chopped |
2 | ts | Thyme, minced or |
1/2 | ts | Dried thyme |
1 | Garlic clove(s), crushed | |
1/2 | ts | Maple syrup |
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste |
In a small bowl, whisk together everything until emulsified. Let the vinaigrette rest for at least 1 hour before serving it, and whisk it again before using.
