Title: Spinach Loaf
Categories: Vegetarian Entree Canadian
Yield: 2 Servings

1cBrown rice; cooked
1cCelery, stalks and leaves; chopped
2cSpinach; cooked
  Wheat germ

Chop spinach and add other items. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Bake at 400 deg for 30 minutes. Swiss chard can be substituted. Serves 2.
