Title: Moroccan Haroseth

Yield: 8 Servings
1 | lb | Pitted dates -- chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Sweet red passover wine |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1 | c | Walnuts -- coarsely chopped |
Put the dates in a pan with the wine and seasonings and simmer until the
mixture resembles a soft paste, about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring
