1 | lb | Fresh Pork Sausagemeat |
1 | sm | Onion, peeled and finely chopped |
2 | ts | Herby Mustard |
2 | ds | Worcestershire Sauce |
1/2 | ts | Ground Cloves |
1/2 | ts | Ground Ginger |
Salt and Pepper | ||
TO SERVE | ||
Watercress | ||
Cherry Tomatoes |
In a large bowl combine all ingredients execept the watercress and tomatoes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a sausage. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill until hot and place sausages on a grill rack. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time until golden brown.
Serve the watercress and tomatoes on a side plate
