1 | Bunch watercress | |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
Salt and pepper |
Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice. Wash watercress, then chop very fine. Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix thoroughly. Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half, serve garnished with watercress.
